In most of the cases I handle, the fee is contingent on the outcome of the case. In other words, if we lose, you owe nothing. (Most lawyers handle these cases this way). Therefore, you will not be risking anything and I have an incentive to get the most money possible for you. Also, I will not take the case if I think we are going to lose. I don't work for free, although I will talk to you (or reply to e-mail) without charge. Occasionally, you will be asked to reimburse expenses of litigation, win or lose.
